When repairs are no longer enough, Life Construction delivers full roof replacements using premium Owens Corning materials backed by a 50-year manufacturer warranty on materials. We handle the complete tear-off, deck inspection, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and installation — typically completed in just one to two days. Every replacement is performed by our certified crew and built to withstand Eastern North Carolina's hurricanes, humidity, and coastal conditions.
Eastern North Carolina homeowners know storm season all too well. Hurricane Florence in 2018 devastated homes across Jacksonville, Wilmington, and New Bern. Tropical Storm Helene in 2024 brought flooding and wind damage across the region. High winds, flying debris, and heavy rain can lift shingles, crack flashing, and create leaks that go unnoticed until water stains appear on your ceiling. Life Construction offers free storm damage inspections with full photo documentation for your insurance claim, emergency tarping to prevent further damage, and complete restoration from roof to interior.
Life Construction is IBHS FORTIFIED-certified, meaning we can install qualifying roofs that make homeowners eligible for up to $6,000 in NC state grants through the Strengthen Your Roof program. NCIUA policyholders along the NC coast can apply at any income level. Call us at (910) 597-1480 to find out if your home qualifies.
